Anne Keene's creative drive led her to devilishly handsome Jeremy Breck and a fabulous commission of a huge stained-glass window for the country inn he was launching. It didn't take long before Jeremy insisted Anne move in with him so he could help supervise this important work of art. And after that, it didn't take long before their relationship became emotional, passionate, and tender. But when their affair became the subject of a magazine article, Anne's doubts were aroused: Did Jeremy love her, or was he manipulating her for the publicity he wanted for his inn?

A Public Affair

Never trust a politician. That's what Barbara Danbury told herself when she first became involved with Morgan Newman. But the handsome Chicagoan, a dynamic, rising political star, was like no other man Barbara had ever met. And she believed him when he promised to aid her teaching project for ghetto children. She believed him when he made another kind of pledge in a night of passion that opened the doors of love to her. Then a media storm of scandal shattered Morgan's ideal image, and suddenly Barbara doubted everything: Morgan...his words...his kisses. But she couldn't doubt her own burning hunger for him....
